spicy lung

Once in a while may also sampled dishes lung was delicious savory. There is a tinge of spicy flavor and taste that makes the lungs more steady.

ingredients:
500 g beef lung
750 ml of water
2 bay leaves
cooking oil
puree:
5 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of red chilli
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper granules
1 tsp salt
50 g brown sugar, comb

How to make:

     * Cut beef lung.
     * Boiled beef with seasoning lung and bay leaves until tender and dried herbs. Drain.
     * Fry until browned beef lung.
     * Remove and drain.
     * Serve warm.
