 ingredients:
 300 g fillet of fish Gindara
 Seasoning, mix together:
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 1 clove garlic, grated
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ teaspoon pepper
 Mango Salad:
 5 pieces of red chili, finely sliced
 3 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
 1 stalk coriander leaves, finely sliced
 2 tablespoons lime juice
 1 tablespoon fish sauce
 200 g mango flesh Indramayu, small slices of length
 How to make:
     * Slice the fish fillets thin width.
     * Stir the sliced fish with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
     * Bake the fish in a hot pan or over coals until cooked and a bit dry.
     * Remove and serve with Mango Salad.

     * Mix all ingredients and let stand for a few moments to sink in
