ribs

Enthusiast should try beef ribs grilled ribs on this one. Savory marinade of soy sauce and a layer of fat and crisp on the outside make the race more nyuss!

ingredients:
1 kg beef rib meat, cut into 15-20 cm
1.5 liters of water
2 bay leaves
puree:
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
spread:
150 ml Ketchup BLACK GOLD
1 tablespoon garlic fries, mashed
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ teaspoon pepper
Complement:
Events cabbage and carrots
sambal sauce

How to make:

     * Boil ribs with leaves, and spices until chops are tender.
     * Remove and drain beef ribs.
     * Brush the ribs with seasoning until blended spreads.
     * Burn on the ribs while rubbing spreadable material until slightly dry and brown.
     * Remove and serve warm with topping.
