ingredients:
150 g of green apples, thinly sliced lengthwise
150 g red apples (Red delicioud), thinly sliced lengthwise
200 g green or red grapes
150 g leaf salad (a mix of arugula, lettuce, etc.)
sauce:
1 tsp mustard paste
1 clove garlic, grated
150 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce / shoyu
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
How to make:
* Sauce: Mix all ingredients until thick and well blended.
* Arrange the fruit and salad leaves in a serving bowl.
* Pour the sauce. Stir well.
* Serve immediately.
