satay

This Satai sweet savory seasoning before being immersed burned. The aroma of coriander, onion and sweet soy sauce to spread fragrance when burned satai. Hmm ... pleasures prove it!

ingredients:
500 g of meat has beef, cut into thin 2x3 cm
4 tbsp soy sauce
puncture satai
puree:
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper granules
1 tsp salt
Complement:
Sambal Soy sauce, mix together:
100 ml sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
10 pieces of cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
3 grains of red onion, thinly sliced

How to make:


     * Stir in the soy sauce has chunks of meat and spices until blended.
     * Let stand for 1 hour until the flavors mingle.
     * Tusuki every 3-4 pieces of meat with a skewer satai.
     * Burn over charcoal embers while back and forth until cooked.
     * Serve warm with topping.
