ingredients:
500 g chicken, cut into pieces
cooking oil
Marinade, stir together:
250 ml fresh milk
2 cloves garlic, grated
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
Layer, stir together:
100 g of wheat flour
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
How to make:
* Toss the chicken with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
* Drain the chicken until slightly dry.
* Marinate the chicken with the flour mixture while knead until evenly coated.
* Heat the oil over medium heat much.
* Fried chicken to dry.
* Drain. Serve with mayonnaise or bottled chili sauce.
