Dried marinated chicken can be used as a collection of side dishes when eating dinner tonight. Marinade soak into the fibers of chicken, plus the aroma of fragrant coconut. Most suitable eaten with warm rice!
ingredients:
500 g breast meat / chicken thighs
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp grated coconut
300 ml of water
puree:
5 grains of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon coriander, toasted
½ tsp pepper granules
10 g sugar
1 tsp salt
How to make:
* Cut the chicken breast meat.
* Boil chicken with spices, bay leaves and lemon grass.
* Cook until boiling.
* Enter the grated coconut. Cook until the water runs out and the chicken is tender.
* Remove the chicken, crushed until slightly flattened.
* Fry until slightly dry.
* Remove and drain.
